While it may seem hard to pick up initially and seem like extra trouble in your many-step skincare routine, these facial massages are easy enough to follow through our step-by-step video. After a few days of practicing, you’ll be sure to be breezing through this routine easily!
For better absorption and drainage
After gently patting in your moisturiser, begin by sweeping your fingers down the bridge of the nose.
In one continuous motion, continue sweeping your palms under the eyes and outwards.
Next, bring your fingers under the cheekbones, and sweep outwards. Work from the centre of the face out to the sides, following the shape of your face.
Lifting and toning
Bring your fingers over your cheekbones and move outwards in a smooth sweeping motion up to your ears.
Using the same gentle sweeping strokes, work from the centre of the forehead to the hairline in upward motions.
After that, use your fingers to gently sweep from the top of your forehead down to your ears.
Reducing puffiness and water retention
Using your knuckles, gently press along your jawline to under your ears, moving slowly with light pressure upwards. Repeat up to 10 times.
Using your fingers, sweep from the center of your chin out and up to the ears. At least one finger should be below the jawline to ensure the strokes tone and define.
At the end, move down the neck with light pressure, all the way down to the armpit to ensure the toxins are flushed out.
