Blackvine Fruits Acid: An alpha hydroxy acid that smooths and retexturises skin.
Argan Oil : Helps increase luminosity and provide dramatic anti-ageing benefits.
Lactic Acid : Helps smooth skin, and stimulate cell turnover and renewal without leaving skin dehydrated. It enhances AHA–induced exfoliation.
Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf: A water-soluble extract rich in antioxidant polyphenols that helps fight free radical damage and control environmental aggressors that may damage skin and speed up ageing.
L–Ascorbic Acid / Glutathione: A stable, non- acidic, and powerful penetrating form of Vitamin C. Provides protection against free radicals, age spots and hyper–pigmentation.
Arbutin: Derived from bearberry, pear, and cranberry. It brightens skin, prevents dark spots and corrects hyperpigmentation.

You are likely beginning your treatments with pores that are congested/clogged with embedded dirt, dead skin cells and sebum. As you begin your treatments, the sebum just under the surface will likely emerge as blemishes.
This is normal. Breakouts may seem more pronounced since the acid is cleaning the pores more quickly than with regular cleansing products. Typically within the first 3 weeks, the skin begins to show improved clarity with very few breakouts. Patience is key! Deep cleansing and exfoliation is a “process” which takes some time to work.
It is much safer as compared to other Glycolic/AHA/BHA peels. Our Black Peel contains more active ingredients to hydrate and moisturise as compared to other skin renewal products. This ensures the skin does not become irritated during the exfoliation process.
Black Peel also contains multi-vitamins and high anti-oxidative elements, ensuring your skin is protected from free radical damage.
If you are currently using Retin-A, Renova, Adapalene or any medically–prescribed exfoliating product, you must discontinue use at least two weeks before undergoing this treatment.
If you are taking Isotretinoin (Accutane), or have taken Isotretinoin within the past 6 months, you should not do this facial or any other exfoliating treatments.
We do not recommend this facial for sensitive and irritated skin. If you have an existing skin condition, do contact us and we will recommend the best facial for you based on your skin condition instead.
If you have freshly waxed or sunburned skin, we recommend waiting till your skin heals before booking your appointment.
Slight tingling, mild itching or some temporary skin redness are normal reactions to a highly-active exfoliant.
Your skin may also be more sensitive to sun exposure. Use sunscreen and limit sun exposure for one week after treatment.
